The site posted that they take "Andrew McCarthy very seriously around here." It's a series of serious shots with a voice over naming two serious dramas he was in and then saying "And Weekend at Bernie's 1 and 2." Lol. It was a joke.

I saw the Law & Order: SVU episode that Andrew was on. My god! It was not like any other role I'd seen him in. He was evil!

I don't know when it originally aired. I just happened to catch some eps of a Law & Order: SVU marathon. That show airs reruns on about 3 or 4 different networks. It's always on.

He played a rich man who went to Romania on a business trip. While there he picked up a young girl (17 or 18) who he brought to the USA. She was to work for him. However, he locked her in his torture chamber for a year in order to brainwash her. As she was chained up, he took pictures of her and enjoyed every minute of it.

Good grief! What a role reversal for him. I am glad Andie and Duckie weren't there to see that!
