I think you are right about that. I think she does things in the moment and doesn't really plan everything out ahead of time. That would explain all the changes that happen.

yes, only that would also explain why there are somethings thing that have changed during the season although in the previous season they were different

well for once.. who turned them? second.. if the witches meaning bonnie and her grams said that spell but couldnt hold it up any longer so that damon and Stefan just got out in time before the spell was broken again.. how did the other vampire manage to get out?

Who turned who? I didn't get that part either. Maybe they reversed the spell completely instead of holding it open longer?

Well I thought it was kathrine but apparently not if she was taken away when they were still human. Hmm maybe they did it and didn't realize it? I have no idea.
