He never looked like a man who could be the type of guy who can be both kind and bad when he is such a good and charming man. Sam never used to show his other side so now it was very odd to start doing the opposite. Violet was in denial that he really went crazy because of a fight with Peter because Charlotte had some sort of dream about this.
