The Doctor as played by Capaldi is the best we have seen in years. Im talking character and the actor's portrayal and not always the stories as written by Moff.

Having watched all of 12's episodes now, I am in the minority that generally liked S9. I thought it was dark and brought out more of Peter as an actor now that he's played the character for 2 years.

I just hope Peter stays on longer his doctor is awesome.. saying that I wanted each of the doctors to satay

I really want Peter to stay at least one more Series.

And I felt the same way about the others. Everything a Doctor regenerated I didn't the current Doctor to go, but I wanted to see what the new one would bring.

I think I'll the most upset about Twelve leaving, though, but I'm sure I'll like Thirteen, as I've liked all the Doctors.

I also agree about Twelve being the best Doctor we've had, as he's my favourite.

I thought quite a lot of people liked Series Nine, but I could be wrong. I really liked Series Nine and thought it was a lot better than Series Eight, which I also enjoyed.

I read some reviews of S9 after I watched it, a lot didn't like it because generally some of the SLs fell a little flat (imo the way they handled Clara in S9 was not what I wanted). A lot of fans are very overly critical of New Who, I think.

I had the opposite experience and I found quite a lot of people saying they mostly enjoyed Series Nine.

There was things I didn't like, but I thought it was a big improvement on Series Eight.

That's something I definitely agree with.
