It was different for me as I'd seen him a few things and didn't remember them, apart from Doctor Who and Torchwood.

I have loved Peter so much as Twelve that it's made me want to seek out his other projects because he is such an amazing actor.

What were the your favs of the projects you have seen Peter in?

I really liked him in Musketeers! lol1 That's really the only other thing I've seen him other than Torchwood Season three.

I didn't know Matt Smith until DW and haven't seen him on any other British telly. What were the reactions back then when he was announced? I can imagine the pressure for him seeing as he followed David, who was really a fan favorite.

The Hour and The Musketeers but on The Musketeers he plays a villain, a lovely one at that too.

I've loved all of them, but for different reasons. 11 and 12 are mainly my faves because of HOW brilliantly they play off of their companions, recurring characters.... RIVER SONG!

The Musketeers is definitely a favourite and Torchwood, obviously,

I've also got to say Local Hero, with a very young Peter. He's adorable.

There's also Neverwhere, Prime Suspect 3 (which is very depressing), The Thick of It, The Crow Road and I really liked him in Fortysomething. Hugh Laurie's in that one as well.

Some people complained about him being too young and funny looking and they were quite nasty about his looks.

If I was watching, I'd probably feel the same way as David has always been my favorite. I'm glad to be proven wrong.

Well, those people are probably his biggest fans now.

I think you're right about them now being his biggest fans.

No problem.

I think that comments about an actors looks when looks aren't the most important part of the character are uncalled for. I also think there's a nicer way of saying you don't think someone is attractive.

I bet they are

I don't like it when people comment on looks for a reason that someone should or should not be cast. Looks have nothing to do with talent or acting ability.

Exactly. And let Jodie prove the doubters wrong first.

I'm sure a lot of people complaining about Jodie will become her biggest fans as well.
