The first part of the official Doctor Who / Star Trek : The Next Generation crossover comic series is now available:
Star Trek: The Next Generation/Doctor Who: Assimilation2 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I'll be getting this as soon as it's available in Canada. There's a bit of in-canon crossover that happened in the 70s, when Douglas Adams included some references in Fourth Doctor stories (like Destiny of the Daleks) that he would later use in The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Destiny of the Daleks - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia There's also an official Doctor Who book, The Coming of the Terraphiles by Michael Moorcock, that's a sort of crossover which puts the 11th Doctor and Amy into Moorcock's "multiverse" universe, and includes characters and settings from Moorcock's other books. Personally, I was put off by it, because it felt to me like it was a story about Moorcock's universe where the Doctor was the guest star, rather than a Doctor Who story where some of Moorcock's universe made a guest appearance. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if I was a Moorcock fan, but I was so put off by it I stopped reading partway through. __________________
