^ We already know that Ncuti will star in in a Special being broadcast this Christmas, but we don't know if Millie is joining him or if we have to wait until Series 14's arrival sometime early next year for her debut, so what we end up seeing is going to be dependent on that answer.
We also don't know specifically when The Giggle will air in relation to the Ncuti Christmas Special, which would also effect what we might see vis a vis Fifteen and Ruby. __________________

Yes for other Christmas Specials with past Doctors, sometimes it's just the Doctor and no companion with him and not until the premiere of the new series. But we won't know for sure until we get more promotions and the trailer.
