yup, Ele totaly didn´t cooperate with my sadness yesteday, that´s for sure I felt like loser then, cos I thougt that Im only one who cry because of tv show but then I read post on FF and it helped me somehow. hon, you will be ok soon(-ish) I just prohibited myself to think about LL or Lorelai. and it works (for now)

Denise - I understend you with that family reaction.My mum was actually calling me yesterday and I answered her call and at the same second I read on the icq the sentence from Ele - Kat, you missed everything, and sad smilies. and I wrote what???? and then Ele wrote me that GG are canceled, and I have mum still on the phone and I just told her that I´ll call her later and then I started cry. And my mum called me back in half a hour and I told her that GG are canceled and she told me: tell me that you are not crying (in mocking tone...) . Parents

I'm glad it came out today though. Since I wante to eat pancakes tonight, but we're all dieting and we have to go to a birthday tonight we just thought let's eat pancakes too. We can't diet tonight because of the cake and all of that, we can eat pancakes as well So I'm eating very nice things tonight Plus alcohol. Well hopefully it works.

Wow, I'm am glad I found this forum. I'm new but I have been reading this forum for a couple of weeks and after hearing the news yesterday I had to reply.

I'm so depressed about GG ending but the thing that is the worst for me is that I don't have anyone to share it with (well, until now). I know some of my friends watch it and they care that its the end but they don't get how I can be so bummed about it.

After reading eveyone else's thoughts, I realize that Lauren's portrayal of Lorelai and GG itself has touched a lot of people for one reason or another. I know that in time I won't feel so bad (because hopefully Lauren will do other projects and she can finally start getting the respect she deserves) but right now it helps to know that I'm not alone in feeling like this.

I think I still haven't realized that GG are over but I did cry like a five year old during Lorelai's song.. That was so.. *sniff* and those lyrics.. I'd never realized how sad they are.
