Yay for all of you having snow. All we got is rain

I have to go to my dad's work tonight, cause they're throwing him a small party for his 50th birthday. Of course I had to go as well. I so don't like it. I don't even know his colleagues lol. Luckily my mom will be there too.

no snow in northern germany

but i totally freaked out a few weeks ago when it snowed for the first time...running around outside (it was 11 pm or so)

so,tonight i'm going to watch a few christmas movies and such (glühwein, lebkuchen, cookies etc): "it's a wonderful life" and "a christmas carol" (old version in b-w of course). they are my 2 fav. movies and i watch them every year

oh and "weihnachten bei hoppenstedts" & "advent" (maybe)

Hey Girls!
Just wanna to say that I put a few drinks away with an archeology professor from NY yesterday. So awesome. And after my fifth glass of wine I couldn't help myself and began to ask him about the city, Manhatten, Broadway...G&D..and because one thing leads to another: we ended up talking about Lauren

Kinda embarrassing when I think about it now but thank god he wasn't sober any more, too. lol, free booze is evil
Even more awesome was my hangover this morning

And: I haven't even bought one single christmas present. I start to kinda panic by now. Time's running out...tictac tictac...and I have NO IDEA at all
