I just watched The Today Show interview. I totally slept through it which is so unlike me when it comes to an LG interview, but luckily my sister is nice (even after I think I accidently taped over Ellen with Kilborn last night!) and woke up at 7 to tape it.

She does seem to adjust herself to whichever type of interview it is, while still remaining smart and funny. It was great to hear about why she chose the role (what I've thought all along, BB and Terry and the role being off-kilter from the norm). "Is Billy Bob a good kisser?" LOL, they didn't do much kissing if I recall, she just "jumped up and down on him a lot in really odd locations." Really nice to see Ann say she's a delight in the movie, because she really was.

For all the wonderers, I know she taped Kilborn early on ("They laugh like we're taping this earlier than Thanksgiving...how dare they"), and since Today was taped, I'd say she taped that while she was in NY doing Conan which I believe was the day before the premiere in California on the 19th. It's easier to tell because of her hair changes. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

I can't believe I missed the Today Show as well. I have yet to download it but I was surprised to see that they showed different images/clips from BS. I'm honestly sick of seeing the Billy Bob Thorton clip that they pass off as Lauren's. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

Well, I'm trying to think about it, and what other clip could they have shown? Either BB's cursing in it or it's kind of lewd subject matter.

Right, I completely understand that that's probably the most PG-13 scene featuring Lauren but I wish that there could've been more.. But, since I have yet to see the movie I can't really speak. Maybe there could've been a coffee-house scene where Willy and Sue could have some interesting PG-13 banter over pancakes.. Ok, forget it. [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

Then again, she seemed to be there to promote the Gilmore Girls premiere, and this is obviously for Bad Santa. Hey, no complaints here, even though Kimmel's aren't my favorite interviews, at least we'll get a new outfit! [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]
