Yes, Suzi you should join. It'll be the group's 1 year anniversary on Dec. 6th, that's so crazy.

Yay! Lauren's only real competition will be Jennifer Garner.

The show is up against the big guns of television though, and it's interesting that we're in the drama category. I thought it was officially considered a comedy (as silly as that is, and as silly as it is for the writers to want to steer themselves away from drama) for awards. I guess the PC committee has their own system (half hour = comedy, hour = drama).

This.So.ROCKS! Go Lauren and go the show! I'm so happy she's nominated by herself. I'm really crossing my fingers for a win, but really could care less because it's been so long since she's been at an awards so I just want to see her all dolled up and in a killer gown. I gotta find out when this airs! WOOHOO for the EW system of voting. So much more accurate, except I cancelled my subscription like 5 months ago, so I'm bummed I didn't get to vote.

I can see more teenage girls voting for Lauren than Jennifer, because I think early twenties and older women would appeal to Jenn more, but then again Lauren rules, so I don't know.

To join the Media Alerts group you don't even need a yahoo email addy, you just need a profile. Because I don't have a yahoo email and I still have two yahoo profiles and use the same email address.

Aw, yeah, I saw this and voted yesterday. Yay for Lauren getting nominated.

Although **** with the categories.

That was the only good thing about Lauren and GG being in comedy categories everywhere else; Lauren and Jen not being in the same category.

THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN: And they sound a lot like me! On Tuesday they nominated my favorite comedy, Scrubs, for a People's Choice Award. What's more, series star Zach Braff was given nods for Favorite Male TV Star and Favorite Leading Man (for his film Garden State). In addition to other, more predictable kudos — runaway hits Desperate Housewives and Lost are up for Favorite New TV Drama — there were a couple of shocks: Not only will Eminem and Josh Groban go head-to-head for Favorite Male Singer, but among the Favorite New TV Comedy nominees are Father of the Pride and Quintuplets. (Can it be true? People really are responding to Quintuplets?! Favorably?) And major props to the People for finally nominating Gilmore Girls (Favorite TV Drama) and the incomparable Lauren Graham (Favorite Female TV Star). The winners will be announced Jan. 9 on CBS.
