See, I'm trying to win the EA dvd, so there's this question that I'm pretty sure is false because the movie's a sequel, but I just wanna be 100% sure:
Originally the movie title was gonna be "The Passion of the Ark"??

It's true.

One of the first drafts that John Stolberg and his writing partner did was entitled The Passion of the Ark. It wasn't till Steve Oederkek came in and tore the original script to pieces and therefore got the writing credit that they renamed it Evan Almighty.

Yep I'm serious, just double checked with IMDB to make sure I was right. Here's the tidbit from IMDB.

OT - I'm getting annoyed, I 'won' a copy on eBay just on a month ago and still have not seen my DVD, sent off a bunch of emails with little response, this sucks.

When was it coming out here in Australia?
