I don't remember if we saw him back in Kansas with her.
 Also, how would Lucas even get Dorothy back to Oz? There's some other way to get there instead of by tornado.. or...? __________________

I think a tornado is the only way to go..
Or at least that's the only way we've seen them travel to and from Kansas. __________________
