[Cereal Killer]

Hi guys! Sorry I haven't been around much but I'm still lacking internet access at my apartment. And it can still take up to a week till I get one. Currently I'm at my parents' place so I can do a little surfing. I try to avoid doing it at work cos it's just so bad and I feel so guilty.

Talking about sleeping, I was so tired on Friday that I went to take "a nap" at 7 pm and woke up at 8 am next morning. Although generally I've been a lot less sleep deprived lately cos I don't spend my time online 24/7.

I didn't sleep well Friday either and sleep like 8 hours last night which seems to be enough

I couldn't sleep last night because of my damn sniffles, I had to go take antihistamin,because I kept waking up to closing my mouth and not being able to breathe, so I finally fell asleep probably around 4 a.m so I've been really tired today I was watching The Bourne Supremacy with my Mom and fell asleep during like an intense chase scene

I like those movies, need to watch the 3rd one because I feel asleep during it with how I was tired

Laura, that is a lot of sleep. But if you needed it that is good.
I sleep like that on weekends. Though I go to bed around 1 am and get up around noon.

That really shows exhaustion when you fall asleep during such an intense scene.

Sarah~ yeah I like them too,I still have to re-watch the first one,I bought it with the 2nd one,but I watched the 2nd one first because I've only seen it once

Steph~ yeah,the whole movie is mostly an intense chase scene though and with the flu I've been extra tired,but luckily it's going away, I feel much better today!

and that indeed is a lot of sleep Laura, I don't think I've ever had a nap that long

I've had one of those naps turn into sleep before. It was a Saturday night, went to bed about 7pm and slept until mid Sunday morning

the most I remember napping is maybe 4-5 hours...

I generally want to nap when I get home and doesn't work If I do fall asleep randomly, its like an hour unless I'm in bed for the night

I'm not good sleeping during the day either...but I remember atleast one time I was reading a book on Saturday night around 6 p.m and I woke up the same night and it was like after 10 p.m and dark

I sometimes tend to lay down and relax on the couch with doing nothing, than fall asleep for a little
