I agree with you there silvercrystal, you just wanted to reach out to Sam,because he just needed somebody to care! and this is still one of my all time favourite movies and my favourite Hayden movie
 it is so touching in more ways than one...I need to re-watch this again soon, I still haven't watched it on dvd which I got quite some time ago...too many things to see  __________________

yup,me too...I saw SG in the bargain bin again,I ended up buying No Reservations,Wild Wild West and License to Wed instead because naturally I allready have owned SG for some time now...
 I haven't seen this movie since I got it on dvd,but for me to see a movie like this, I have to be in a certain mood,it's amazingly good but also rather heavy... I think Hayden's done so much excellent work,but this still remains his favourite role of mine, just the movement in his eyes alone in this movie,they are so full of emotion it's uncanny... __________________

I want to enjoy this movie when I watch it,so I need that mood...
and I couldn't agree with you more...and now that you mention it I think this will *always* remain my favourite role of his,because of the sheer intensity and beauty of his craft in this particular movie... __________________

Same here. After all these years it is still my favorite and I can't imagine what would knock it out of the water.
It also holds a special place because it is where I first saw Hayden's acting. |
