Check out the Webmasters board - i think there are detailed instructions over there.
I use the Animation program that comes with Paint Shop Pro 7 - Animation Shop 3 - it's really easy and you can do the whole thing using a wizard. You just have to make the graphics you are going to use first - i think they have to be 45 x 45 pixels in size [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] |
