Ryan is being awesome again this season, as per usual. He was talking with a guy waiting to audition in the recent episode and he was asking all the right questions to get the conversation going and at one point instead of answering the question, the auditioner paused and said "Hey, you're really good at this." Ryan basically laughed and said "Well thanks" I love that someone actually acknowledged it

Aw that's awesome. Ryan is the most professional host I've seen, glad he got some acknowledgement.

Naturally agreed. Ilove how he's always so excited for the contestants when they make it and helps them calm down their nerves before they go in and even calm their parents' nerves while they're auditioning, I just love his complete commitment to the show even after all those years.

That is really wonderful. He wouldn't have stayed with the show this long if he didn't genuinely love it. And he makes the experience that much better for the contestants too.

Yeah exactly and the thread title is more enforced now because he is now officially the only person of the original people and even when the judges are being a pain or the contestants mediocre, his bits are still the most entertaining.

Aw, I love that he is still there. You can always count on him being awesome. (Though admittedly he's had his moments too. )

He has also has to endure certain 'moments' too like with auditioner family members throwing themselves at him which happened recently xD

Oh yeah, I remember more than a few occasions of contestants or their family members having the hots for him. xD Plus of course all the times they hug and/or lift him up celebrating the golden ticket.
