I am heartbroken.

He was my first Idol love, I fell in love with his gorgeous voice the first time I heard it. I've been thinking about this all day and it still doesn't feel real, I can't believe he's gone.

Carly's tweet is heart-wrenching. Michael's family and friends must be in such pain right now. And I know, it still doesn't feel real, this was all so sudden. Michael was such an amazing person, he's gone way too soon.

Those tweets/notes from the Idols are sweet. He is very young and the reason just makes it even harder to accept

They are very sweet, it's obvious that he made an impact on the lives of so many people around him. And yeah, this is very hard to accept because it was so sudden and you never expect anyone this young to die. Also I think one of the reasons why this still feels so unreal is that he's the first AI finalist to die (there have been others but they didn't make it this far in the competition) so in a way I feel "close" to him. This is just so very sad.

It would be wonderful if they remembered him on the show. Ryan said some lovely things about Michael in a recent interview, I'll include it in the end of this post.

Also, the S13 finalists honored Michael at their show on Saturday night. Unfortunately there seems to be no video of it. :/ Here's what Caleb said about Michael:

I hope Michael is mentioned on the show when the new season begins too. Wonderful words Ryan said about Michael.

I saw that Caleb had tweeted that the August 2nd show was dedicated in Michael's honor. It is too bad there's no video of it. It sounds like it was well received by the audience though.

It was a nice and respectful thing of them to dedicate a show to him. It does sound like the audience received it well, sounds like a special moment.

And I agree that was sweet what Ryan said.

I edited the OP, I felt it needed to be more simple. Unfortunately I didn't have any art to use so I just used a photo. But you guys are welcome to contribute if you want.
