Maria liked Max from the start, he did save Liz after all. Plus he didn't intimidate her like Isabelle and Michael did.

i think he did a bit, simply bc he was an alien & she was having a hard time trusting & understanding them - still, i think before she fell for michael, max was her fave alien :)

is that the scene where a kid with a fake gun told Max "i need to kill the alien!" (or something like that ) and Max smiled :lol:

Oh yes, all of the aliens scared Maria. But I think after she realized that Liz and Max had this soulmate thing going on, she accepted him because Liz did. Plus as I mentioned, he was a lot less intimidating than Michael and Isabelle.

That's true that he was less scaring than Michael and Isabel and therefore, easier for Maria to trust him.

We all know that Max and Liz end up married and that Michael and Maria will end up the same way. And we also know that Michael and Max call each other brothers. So what nickname will Maria give to her new brother-in-law ?
