One of their most angts scenes I love is the window scene in ch-ch-changes.

oh I felt really bad for them in that scene, another one I can think of is their goodbye scene in departure.

Ultimately they got their happy ending, but it had to be messy to get there... __________________

It is one of the hardest scenes to see for me, and let's not talk about EOTW.

I still can't watch the end of Max to the Max with out crying! Max banging the mirror and he is caputred by the FBI. Liz crying and screaming "They Have Max" and then Max falling to the ground in the White Room because he knows he is trapped kills me everytime.
I can't watch the end of Max to the Max or The White Room without bawling! __________________

I still have a tough time watching "End of the World" to this day. It's so bittersweet, and yet I love the final song that plays with Liz and Future Max, "I Shall Believe" which is calling card for fans to not give up...
And in the White Room, Max is really destroyed when he sees the fake vision of his dead love ones. He really explodes over Liz's. Jason and Shiri really sold it... all the angst. We may have hated it, but they really sold it. __________________

End of the World I remember bawling my eyes out and at the time it was my 5th Roswell episode. I had not seen season one and got into Roswell during season 2!
I knew then that Roswell was something special because I care so much for the characters and the love story! Jason and Shiri are amazing actors! We see that in passionate and angst episodes! Pure magic! __________________

EOTW could have been more epic if its only purpose had not been to keep Max and Liz away.

To this day I can not believe that we never saw Liz and Max talk about it.

I think it was because they wanted to move on, and deal with the consequences from actions actually resulted from it. The whole Tess fiasco. The baby. And it was a difficult conversation to really put into proper words. "Max, I listed to the future you who told me if we didn't break up, completely... if I didn't push you away, then in fourteen years Michael and Isabel would die, and it was all steming back to the fact we cemented things and Tess went away."
Also, by the end of things... they had to deal with the baby. But Tess was now gone from their sight. In the new timeline, she was a traitor and didn't stay, she was now gone. So it was all moot... Still Max needed to know... But it was a very diffcult conversation to pen as we saw in their attempt in one of the cut scenes. It was easier to deal with the fallout. But for Liz's side of it, it should have been known to our eyes that she started it. It wasn't all on Max. They both screwed up! He probably knew, she probably told him. But we just didn't see. __________________

I feel like they washed their hands on that matter .. it was impossible to move on without talking/dealing with that & that's why s3 didn't work.

Realistically speaking it was impossible to repair that damage, luckily it was fiction.
