But yeah, I have heard how the series ended. We got very lucky. Jason Katims knew to give Max and Liz a ending they deserved. As much as it doesn't look at times, I do think he was always behind the couple, and therefore knew that was the ending if the show was concluding, it deserved to go that direction. Quote:
Where did the 15 years go. Heck if they had a child almost immediately after getting married, she or he would be the age that we met Liz and Max at... Wow, time flies... __________________

I totally agree. We got so lucky with the ending we got for Roswell!
I watched the Vampire Diaries final as well to see how the series ended. Honestly I stopped watching after seeing the series opener for season 5. To me the series should of ended after season 3. The first three seasons were amazing then it got so bad. I started with the second to last episode of season 8 of the Vampire Dairies. Wow I had missed a lot but I saw how much the show had gotten worse since I last stopped watching. The ending was so rushed and made no sense. Plus I felt like some of the acting was so forced and the storyline was confusing. Even if Graduation was a little out of the box I am so glad Roswell got a proper ending! I feel series finals don't end well at all. You have great beginning but not great endings. I did enjoy and love the ending to Buffy. It was different but I liked it. Plus I loved the acting you could actually feel the emotion in the characters. Yes Buffy was cheesey at time but at least their was heart. So yes I am so glad we were blessed with a proper ending to Roswell! I was perfect. Today is March 15th and you know what that means Happy Birthday Max Evans! We know it is Max's Birthday on March 15 from Blood Brothers. It is written on his blood vial. __________________

Good and bad, all the characters were dealt well with the finale. As much I wish we could get a glimpse of the fallout of the graduation fiasco, and the parents learning the truth once Jeff read the diary. You knew the end, was real for all of them and we got a happy ending for Max and Liz... And that is the ultimate ending, despite all their pain and angst. You also knew Michael and Maria were together too. In terms of shows have great beginnings, and sometime mediocre ends. Probably true in some ways. Depends on what is going on with the show. Vampire Diaries had a hot beginning, but in some ways it stayed too long and especially once they lost Elena from the main cast... But some shows manage to create a end that means something... Happy Birthday Max LOL. I wished we had a definite date for Liz. Except that I have heard it's December, but nothing official. We know Isabel took a birth date in October as referenced in "Surprise". Kyle's birthday was the day after Alex died. The episode aired in April I believe. We don't know Michael I don't think. Maria's is late January thanks to the episode "I Married a Alien" and then the music storyline that told us she just turned 18. Roswell was very lucky to get a proper ending! __________________

Yes we were so luck with the ending we got. I remember I was happy with the ending and I was like that was so good.
I am glad everything was tied up and that couples were cannon. So many shows that have a great beginning sometimes have it where their is no cannon couple and so they ship them with who ever and then a show gets so boring. I am glad that our couples survived in the end. Here are the Birthday's Max-March 15th (Blood Brothers written on Max's blood vial) Kyle- April 30th (We know this information about Kyle's Birthday from the episodes 'Cry Your Name' and 'Departure'. Jim mentions how Alex died the day before Kyle's birthday, two days after the West Roswell High Junior/Senior Prom that was on April 27th in the episode Heart Of Mine. We also know Alex died two days after the Prom because we see this in Departure when Isabel visits Alex's grave the date of Alex's death is April 29th.) Tess- May 7 (Tess Lies and Video Tape in season 1 when Michael and Maria break into the the West Roswell High admissions office to get Tess's file. In Tess's file they mention her birthday) Alex- June 21 (We know this from the episode Departure when Isabel visits his head stone when Isabel dances with him.) Isabel- October 25th (We know this at the end of Surprise when she gives her speech at the Pod Chamber at the end) Liz, Michael, and Maria we never got a date. So I Married an Alien Maria Birthday is mentioned but we don't know the date. The episode aired in February. Michael we could never get a good screen shot of the file Topolsky has on him in Morning After. Or we could never get a good screen cap of his drivers license in 285 South to know the date of his Birthday. Liz Birthday was never mentioned. In Surprise Grant saids his Birthday is December 7th that is Shiri Appleby real Birthday. People assume Liz's Birthday was in September. However this was never confirmed and we never got a screen shot of her folder at West Roswell High. __________________

I don't think Liz's birthday is September. Because if she was, she would have reached 18 by the time of the "Busted" or soon after, so unless she was fifteen for a whole first season and came to be 16 in Season 2. Because if she was 18, her family wouldn't have had a legit right to ground her or forbid her from seeing Max. And she could have gone to California with Max.. gone over state lines.. Given Max and Isabel's age was funny given how they were born, and they adopted the birth dates they did so whether they were their exact ages, not known. Although Isabel turned 18 in Season 2. So Max couldn't have been that far behind her... So Maria turned 18 in January/February 2002. She cited in her music storyline, her running away to New York... So Liz sometime that school year... I think in my theory, probably December or so...but then we can probably pick any date. ETA: Also given Max and Liz got married in May/June, 2002. I would think she would be 18 by the then because even though they ran away or were on the run from the authorities. To get married, I think she would have to be 18 unless they went somewhere that would allow someone younger to get married. And if they were getting married under their own names, so... so she would be 18 by then! __________________
