Over the past couple of years, I've been occasionally watching episodes with a friend who is doing an all-series rewatch. Recently reached season 7, "Rush". It's so obvious that by now they are going through the motions, the scripts is just OK and both leads are taking things so lightly that it's hard to feel any tension or stakes.

Seven years of 20+ episodes per year is a long, long time. Still in my favourite shows overall, but maybe they should have stopped at 6, or done a shortened season to wrap things up.

I’m an X-Phile for as long as 1993. I can talk about anything about this show!!

I feel like it was one of the earliest shows that was filmed in a more cinematic way than most shows in the early 90’s. Now almost every show is filmed like small mini-movie feel.
