If you're interested in reading all 13 of Robert Jordan's "Wheel Of Time" novels you can download it from this site Complete Robert Jordan Books PDFs.zip
It includes his novels of "Conan The Barbarian" and some extras of WOT.

Haven't read the books yet (planning to read them but I need to get the whole series first) but I found this amazing trailer on YT.

I'm so happy that my English tutor recommended this book series to me a few years ago.

Thanks for the video! It isn't a real movie yet, though, right?
My son read all the books last spring and liked them quite well. I opted out.
Hope you enjoy!

I think a movie company might do a movie about Wheel of Time but I have no idea when it comes out.

Since LotR and ASOIAF fantasy series' huge successes, everybody's on the bandwagon. But from things my son mentioned, it seems WoT might actually lend itself well to a TV or movie series.

The WoT saga would definitely need more than 1 movie to tell the story.

I enjoyed the books, although in the later books I often thought the author got bogged down in minutia, especially in regards to describing the costumes of the various people.

People say that about GRRM (ASOIAF), too - except he gets bogged down in food descriptions!

maybe that would be an effective diet? Write about food instead of eating it?

Good descriptions are part of what keeps a story interesting, but the author has to keep the story moving too.

I may have seen a pic on a book cover, but I don't remember. I take it you think the descriptions are more likely to make him hungry?

I suspect in George's case, he's writing about what he loves best ..

(not a spoiler)
Spoiler:

.. his food descriptions are so good that he has inspired a website and official cookbook -

The Inn at the Crossroads

Yes, I tried the honeyed chicken and something else I forget.
Almost set my oven on fire with the chicken.

My husband and I have been watching the Wheel of Time series on Amazon Prime. We both have a mutual dislike of Rand, and it's just baffling how someone like Egwene likes him. He's a jerk, especially to her, and in my experience, guys who behave like jerks, is not an attractive quality.

Is it good?

I didn't know Amazon had made it. Good to know.
