No, but probably sometime in Jan 2013, as that's when book 2 came out.
More or less, it will come out in Aus before the US

I don't know. It has happened with book 1 and 2.

I guess since its produced with Australian Harper Collins and in paperback.. they have an earlier release date.. just usually a few weeks early.
We tend to get it late Dec / early Jan, and it would come out in the US mid Jan most likely.

Yeah, I guess it does match the other US ones..

But I do prefer the Australian covers.

Might be - sometimes they wanna give you hints , at other times the artists just add stuff for artistic reasons.
