Part of the joke is they don't have the main characters included. Deadpool is someone who knows he's in a movie, and makes jokes about how the studio can't afford to use main character X-Men. It's very funny!

The first Deadpool movie was one of the best of the X-Men franchise movies.

Yukio isn't supposed to be a mutant or a member of the X-Men, but I'm not terribly surprised they changed her to that in the movies. In Deadpool 2 she's played by a different actress than played her in the Wolverine film. In the comics she's a Japanese assassin who's a friend of Storm and Wolverine.

Colossus is a big Russian guy who turns into metal and has super strength, limited invulnerability, etc. He appeared briefly in X2. In the Deadpool film he's recast and only appears in his metal form and sounds more German than Russian. In the comics he's also sensitive artist and was Kitty Pryde's boyfriend at various times.

Negasonic Whatsit is your bog standard hyper-powerful sulky teenage mutant. At least that's what she is in the Deadpool movies. I don't know her from the comics. That sort of character is very common in the comics.

Colossus is one of the classic X-Men, introduced in 1975, along with Nightcrawler and Storm, at the same time Wolverine joined the team.

Yukio was introduced in the early '80s as a major character in Wolverine's first series.
