Generally, pay-per-view channel shows are sent out to reviewers a few episodes a time. They're of poorer quality, but they usually end up on the net.
As for the 2 extra episodes, wow, the violence factor has gone through the roof. __________________

'Spartacus' lead Andy Whitfield has been diagnosed with a treatable form of non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. The Welsh-born actor is reportedly receiving immediate treatment in New Zealand, and is said to be "feeling strong, positive and determined," according to a statement posted on the Ausiello Files.
