Fallen Appreciation #1

Did anybody watch the first part of this trilogy last summer on ABC Family? It was the one with the hot guy who discovered that he was part angel/part human on his 18th birthday and there was this whole thing with him trying to save fallen angels. It was actually really cool - I hadn't seen a really fun fantasy show in a while.

Anyway, they are bringing it back the first weekend of August (the 3rd - 5th) with two new installments - The Journey and The Destiny - and they are running promos for it now and it looks really good, I think. I'm curious to see how they continue the story and what happens and everything. Has anyone else seen these or is planning to watch it? I need people to talk to about what might happen

Are you talking about brand-new installments that have never been seen and are not on my DVDs?

I hope it will continue from where the original miniseries left us with the girl being abducted. I wonder if the same actors will also be in it?

As far as I can tell it looks like it will - the promos that they have been running feature the same cast from the first one (and that guy that plays Aaron really is so cute), and it looks just like it picks up where the first part left off. It's an all weekend long event, they are reshowing the first part on Friday and then showing the two new installments on on Saturday and Sunday.

I'm really to see what will happen - since the first one basically ended with Aaron escaping into the woods, I want to know where he's gonna go next, if he's going to be on the run or if he'll try to fight back? And also if he can trust the angel (Camamel?) who came to save him?

...basically I'm pretty excited

A friend of mine went to Comic Con over the weekend (So. Jealous!) and she went to the Fallen panel, and she said that it was really fun and that Paul Wesley is indeed really hot (and apparently quite funny, too.) She also said that from what she could tell the upcoming installments of the Fallen trilogy this weekend were going to be very good, and kind of darker in tone, more of a "Batman Begins" kind of vibe to it, she said.

From everything she said it sounds like Fallen is going to be awesome!

Well, I didn't watch Fallen the first time around, but I've been catching up. I saw the first part earlier today, and now I'm watching the second part. So far, so good.

Despite the fact that he's obviously evil, does anyone else think Azazel is hilarious?

I saw previews of this, is it on DVD at all?
