I made this today .. I made it in small portions but it was so nice , im making a bigger batch 2moro , replaced eggplant with zucchini ,one chicken and one vegetable, it was very nice

It's funny, we don't call them eggplants here. We call them aubergines.
I'm not so keen on aubergines. Dish looks good though!  __________________

Its actually nice , i surprised myself .. i cant cook for peanuts but this was nice .. i throw extra in it .. and out pastry on the bottom , made one into a pie type it was nice .

I made it with pastry , so its a pie style , very nice . Tonights dinner is Potato bake and grilled fish , my cat ordered it __________________
