And it was pretty evident on The Punisher too that he just wants justice for his family. But he's just going about his actions the wrong way. At least he wants the bad guys dead too.

I like how he's got his priorities straight and won't harm innocent people. It's hard not to sympathize with him because whenever violence and injustice gets too much (my country is, sadly, a perfect example of that) we all dream about of the idea of a punisher that could bring us some sense of fairness and peace by getting rid of the bad guys.

That's true. His means probably will be questionable but at least he also wants the bad guys gone.

In real life I'm completely against what Frank does, but this isn't real life and we know that he is going after the bad guys and not hurting innocent people.

It's wrong what he did and there are other ways to take down the bad guys but his motivations are in the right place. His family was killed and that's not right so naturally he wants the people who killed his family dead.
