My nephew tired me out even though, he refuse to let me sleep longer and all that.. Plus he doesn't want to leave the park bec of the other kids.. Sigh..

really? I never think of it as depressing, but again, I haven't see it for years..

Sarah, yes SBM is depressing but it's such a coming of age movie for me, I also enjoyed it.

Steph, my nephew tires me out too. He can walk now and can climb chairs and just about grabs everything he can see. It's annoying!

I LOVE Stand By Me and I've watched quite a few times.

It was years before I knew it was based on a Stephen King story, though.

Kids don't seem to get you might need to sleep a little longer.

I don't it completely depressing, but there is one part at the end of the film that makes me a little sad.

I remember watching Stand By Me when I was a kid. I remember it being sad but it's bee so long since I have seen it I forgotten pretty much all of it.

Steph kids have this crazy energy source that they can tap into. My kids never want to sleep in or leave the park either

Every time I sit down and want a break, he always call me or come to climb all over me.. I was like.. Sigh.. Even tho he just want to play and I try to put him sleep, but nope..

I hate it when I have to go to work while I'm sick, but at least the runny nose is gone, but stupid cough.. Ugh..

The battery in my laptop went bad so we took into the Apple Store. It's a non-removable battery so they have to take half the computer apart to change it out. That requires shipping it out to another location and it will be 3-5 business days before we get it back I hope it's only gone 3 days because posting from an iPad is kinda a pain

Amy, my nephew is just 18 months. There are days when my patience is wearing thin but really, I guess my mantra is that they won't be kids for long so I just have to make the most out of it. 3-5 business days until you get your laptop back? Yikes. But that's understandable because it was shipped to another location.

Steph, usually what I do so that my nephew can fall asleep is, tire him out meaning play with him and take him for a bath. He'll feel refreshed and incite him to take a nap.

^ Awww.. My nephew is close to 22 months even though he look like he's 5 years old, but only way that I can get him tire himself out by give him a bath or have pool in the backyard then gave him the milk, so he can knock himself out.. But once he wakes up, he just want to play..
