I think it's great that you can do that.

I work part time due to my health, and I'm lucky to work somewhere that allows people to be flexible.

Yes but I think in different countries you can change or choose hrs depending on the job.

That’s great with family stuff at start of the week a uncle was v sick and died Monday night so that was hard so I only went to work Wednesday and Thursday this week. took Tuesday off.

That's very true. When I got the first got the job at the council I told them I couldn't work full time and started at 25 hours a week, which I increased to 29.
