Maybe an old pic? Doesn't Charlie have a scruff as Matt/DD? Unless he's more clean-cut for S2?

I think it's an old picture, as people have said he got the scruff right before they started filming. I also remember posting a picture someone got of Charlie on set and he had facial hair.
