My son was out of school again today (snow...)

I'm sick of shoveling snow... It's getting really drifty in places too because of the wind. Winter came early so I'm hoping Spring will too

I've been outside twice today to shovel snow. DO NOT WANT!

Phew... it seems like such a long week... is everybody back in school (for those of you who are still in school, that is?)

We had one, but the pin broke and for a new pin it was $300. My dad decided not to get a new one so we have to use a handy dandy shovel.

..... and we have to shovel again. We've got a lot of snow coming in. I give up. The mailman can walk over the mound of snow on my sidewalk to give me my mail.

My dad finally got his chair lift installed! He can now get up and down the stairs easily. I'm so relieved.

You think it's cold where you live? It's currently -36F with the windchill. How do you like dem apples?

Doing great! Kidney infection is gone, now they're looking to see if I have kidney stones.

Do they have you drink a lot of cranberry juice/acidic beverages? I've read those can help them dissolve down...


Anyhoo... Man this week has flown by!!!! Can't believe it's Thursday... We're getting a bunch of snow today and they even called off school in anticipation of the mess even though we didn't have all that much early this morning...

Dreading it... But I got up and went to the gym as usual (though an hour earlier) so I could get back home before the weather got worse...
Maybe that's why I feel like I need a nap

So how is everyone? Doing well I hope....

I know! I can't believe it's Thursday either. I went back to school yesterday for the first time since before Christmas. I'm finally getting stats... don't ever take a math class online. Ugh. I am really loving the cultural anthropology class and the critical thinking class is confusing as heck!

I do drink cranberry juice from time to time, but the 100% stuff is really expensive. My doctor said grape juice will work just as well and so will orange juice.

Today I'm working on homework for tomorrow's class and hanging my high school diploma's in my office. I can't wait until my BA goes up there.

Have you tried the cranberry capsules, M? Maybe not be much cheaper, but is definitely concentrated without the extra sugar Hope your kidneys feel better
