I agree.
 Spike is picked as the #1 vampire. Ranking The "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" Vampires First appearance: “School Hard” Number of episodes: 97 Yes, Spike wins in the end. I’m not saying Buffy chooses him over Angel — I mean, she does, but that’s another conversation. I’m saying he’s the most compelling vampire. His arc from lovesick poet to brutal vampire to begrudging ally to souled hero is truly something to behold, and Buffy wouldn’t be the same show without it. __________________

Spike, it's the closest I'm gonna get to drinking blood! He was in 97 BtVS episodes? The show should've had 3 more episodes so he could've gotten to 100. __________________

97 episodes??! Wow, that is impressive.
Love the Randy Giles scene!!  Even though I love Angel, and care a little bit more about his character than I do Spike, he really is the most iconic vampire of BtVS.  That list is a little too uneven for my liking though. Seriously, Dawn's crush? And I didn't really care for Holden Webster either. Or the Anointed One tbh (although he does get points for being the only vampire kid we've seen on the show).  __________________

Wow I never expected an Angel fan to feel this way.
Spike evolved over the years and had So many different layers. I mean to go from the villain to a champion that saves the world in the end. That's character development at it's best IMO. Even when Spike was the villain he wasn't truly evil. He could love and care about the people important to him. Buffy brought out that humanity and inspired him to become a better man. I found this. I wish it showed him in Chosen though too.    __________________

Yeah 97 episodes thats really good for him.
I mean without Spike the show wouldn`t have been so funny. He really brought the fun into the show. Not only Joss`lines made James`character Spike funny it was also James´ talent for funny scenes. Season 4 was so funny because of Spike it was not the best season but the most amusing one And in Angel Season 5 I cracked up about his funny argument scenes with Angel __________________
