Well with Nina had the series gone into the sixth season I think they would have more development and I do believe the harsh feelings for her might have eased up this is similar in fact to character development of the Connor character in the comics, now had Angel continue on Connor would get better standing. This very similar how Dawn didn't get a great feeling when she was introduced but evetually she did become a well rounded character. The trouble I see in both Nina and more to degree with Connor is we as the audience only got to see maybe 180 degree character that's like 2d character there were elements had it gone more that both characters could have gone into the 3d element of character development but alas it was not so.

^ That's a pretty nice way to look at it... Nina also got the short end of the stick coming in with her, I feel very understandable crush on Angel, where a lot of people have really strong Angel ships... and Dawn came in changing everything so yeah...

I would have liked to see where they took her character. I think she had some potential.
