I can't remember my initial reaction, but I'm sure that I was the same. Did you think that we'd see more of Kendra than we did after that?

I wish I watched that moment live, cause I didn't start watching the show till late S2. I'm sure I would of been shocked though lol.

No... I think after she left in What's My Line, Part 2, I assumed that would be it for a long while... but when she returned I expected more small visits, not for her to just die the way she did.

Yeah! and she died without really much of a fight because of that control by Dru.

If Dru could do that, you'd think we should've seen her kill a whole lot more slayers...

Yeah, I still hate the way they killed Kendra off. It's like she got flicked away like she was nothing. It is funny Dru didn't try that mind control stuff on Buffy or anyone else.

^ I always thought about that. My issue with the way she died was that we had never seen Dru use that ability (in a fight) before or after.

So they took such an easier way to kill off Kendra. Straight up BS.
They should've let Kendra put up a great fight but she went out so weak...
I would've been okay if we heard of Dru's history of killing others with that ability... with that ability, it's a joke that she's only killed 1 slayer... if anything, she would be the most powerful of the Whirlwind since she can sense the future as well as mind control what a person is feeling or seeing as she did with Giles when she made him see Jenny...

They should of had Kendra put up a better fight, then it wouldn't of been so bad. I also agree we should of at least heard more about Dru having that ability.

That scene was definitely the strongest Dru looked throughout the whole series and unfortunately it was at Kendra's expense.

It was, don't really get what the point of it was, especially as you said they never showed Drusilla having those kinds of powers outside of those two episodes
