I like their story and how it started enough... but I'd rather watch spuffy than biley and I'll always feel that way.

ITA. I get restless with Biley in S 5, think their story has stagnated, and get more and more anxious for spuffy to get it going instead. But S 4 biley is good. I love them as long as they are handling Initiative issues. |

Yeah tying everything to the Initiative was the best thing for them
Maybe that's what was lacking in S5. S4 had biley plus the Iniative. S5 just had biley.__________________

I didn't really like Biley at all in season 5. Didn't like where they took Riley.
 I think MB is nice looking but just not my type. He was so large.   __________________

I feel nothing for him either. I like Riley as a character, but if he was played by another guy it wouldnt have bothered me at all.

His storyline of learning that the world is more grey and complex than the Inititive has given him the impression of, really stopped when they shut down
 I would have really loved to see him go through more of that! |

I would have too but it seems they just didn't know what to do with him after The Initiative and Adam were gone.

it reminds me a lot of Dawn in S 6 actually. her storyline with Glory and the Key was over, so then they didnt know what to do. I think Riley needed the Initiative to really function as a character. |

Dawn didn't have a storyline after season 5. I think Riley needed that too and that's why it's only fitting that he left to go back to the people he sort of started the show with. __________________
