I'm looking for a fic that was previously archived on Captive Souls. Since that is no longer running, I'm hoping that it's archived somewhere else. And, just to make it difficult, I don't remember the title.

Here's what I can remember:

During the S2 episode Halloween, Buffy and Spike are sent through a portal that was opened up by Ethan Rayne and his Jannus statue thing. The portal transports them to Victorian England, before even Drusilla was sired. Whistler shows up, Spike claims Buffy, etc. There's some stuff about Aurelius clan houses, vampire party groups that coexist with humans, and a faction of the Aurelius clan that Buffy and Spike lead (which is pro-help-the-humans). When Buffy and Spike are brought back, Buffy speaks latin at first (which Giles remarks upon), and they eventually reconnect with their vampire group. I think one of those vampires is named Jocelyn, but I'm not 100% on that one.

I know, it's not a lot to go on, but it's all I can remember. PLEASE HELP!

I don't know about reading myself though, it's really long and a fic/book has to be able to be really interesting in order to hold my attention for 66 chapters...

After seeing the grim future in Get It Done Buffy asks Willow to send her back in time to prevent the end of the world. Her logic is simple: if she doesn't die in may 2001 The First Evil won't rise. Willow's spell sends Buffy and Spike in the most favorable moment in the timeline - when Spike had a Gem of Amarah on his finger. Looks like everything should be perfect... shouldn't it?
Clever, twisted rewrite of season 4-5. Ensemble fic, Buffy/Spike, Willow/Oz, Giles/Joyce.
Mostly PG with occasional R.
