I hated how Faith kept pulling away from Buffy and was betraying her behind her back but it showed great growth and maturity that Buffy wanted to help Faith so badly and wouldn't give up on her.

lol It's funny when Buffy just tells it like it is for why they never got along, but I love that scene where they buried the hatchet. I wish they had more scenes like that.
