Oh come on it was a case of Chase vs potentially millions of lives- he had to do what he did.

Jack knew Chase wasn't going to die though.

if he did...that would have breaking Kim and Jack relationship..

What would have been interesting is if Kim was forced to do something from a terrorist (Like Saunders with Tony) and the terrorist had both Jack and Chase hostage and could only save one and leave the other to find a way. Or she had to decide which one was telling the truth, if Chase had turned dodgy. There were multiple possibilties...

That would have actually be interesting. We never really saw Kim being forced to do something for the terrorist, that would be so great to see. ...Kim would definitely save Jack though...

See I dunno- I'd like to think so but she did care and trust Chase a lot and by your own admission, if Jack had accidently killed Chase, it would destroy their relationship, so she did love him a lot. I think she would still pick Jack, but it depends how the scene would have been written

I don't think it would destroy their relationship...it would have just distanced it in Season 3, the season where they finally were not distanced. ....I still think if she had to choose who to save out of Jack and Chase it will be Chase though. Good it never came to that...cause Chase wouldn't even be alive to get his hand cut off.
