This whole thing is a waste of Kalinda, period. How many times can she tell Dana to go play with kids her age? It's getting pathetic.
And Cary's unrequited attraction turning into male aggression... I don't know if the point is to make him unlikable but I'm sold, they don't need to throw in any more.

How fun was Kalinda hanging back at the Church door as if she was worried she was going to burst into flames if she got in? :rotfl:

Well the good thing is Kalinda seems just as bored with Dana as we are. I hope it stays that way.

Do you guys think Grace mentioned or will mention that it was Kalinda who found her?

She BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! or Zach needs to!!! but Alicia needs to find out ASAP! not ok

Also, I found a little tiny bit of respect for Caitlin for asking for Kalinda's help, smart girl ;)

I actually loved Caitlin this episode, and the other one (Martha?) got on my nerves, she seemed like another Cary, how hard it is for these people to understand that sometimes you just don't get the job, whatever, move on ffs  :irked:

tiffany88 12-04-2011 09:27 PM

Absolutely! I found that it was okay but not great like they built it up to. I was hoping that it wouldn't be that easy to find Grace. Like for some real drama, why didn't Grace just leave a message with her mom to say she was going out?

And the whole Kalinda and Zach scene was really nice, she would do anything for Alicia and she doesn't even know it.

Though I hated the case, it was blah and uneventful. Really truly awful.

Also why was Cary/Dana/Wendy even in this episode? It was completely useless and time consuming.

Yea so true, very bitter. I know when you are young is hard, but she should at least be thankful she has a job.

Also even Eli agrees, Will should have told Alicia. I think he should have already.

 at least this time she didn't do her own investigating! Getting with the program at last!

 the same thing came to mind. She got screwed, I get it, and it's never fun but she has to know that Alicia wasn't the person who left her hanging, right?
The bitter comments at the beginning... okay I guess but the snickering during testimony? Really?

I was expecting it was going to be a false alarm. The Kings pride themselves on "realism" so it was unlikely they were going there. I thought it would take a little longer though. Kalinda is good but that was just small potatoes even for her.

I have no idea! Wendy asking for an investigator could have been done directly with Peter without the Creepy Duo being involved at all. It's like they just have to be in every episode now, for that ridiculous triangle.

 awww my bbs!! :bawl:
And seeing her actually trying to comfort Zach... that was alien-ish  but Archie played it just right.

It could have been done over the phone for as long as that was LOL

Yeah I was expecting that too, I was just hoping for something different.

Yeah she did. Sh did very well in that scene. I felt bad for her when Grace got out of the elevator and she didn't want Grace to tell her mom who found her. I hope her or Zach does

amygardner 12-04-2011 11:27 PM

am I the only one here thinking the break-up might be a fake ?

RyeLyn 12-04-2011 11:36 PM

Zach and Grace, Please tell your mother about the truth!!! Please!!
I felt so sorry for Kalinda when she sent Grace back and told her not to tell Alicia that she found her.
Kalinda will do anything for Alicia and want nothing back. And she will never hesitate for a second, dangerous or not, she knows about it or not. I'm just so touched by her.
Kalinda, thank you for being Kalinda!

LOL I thought so too! :D:P I'm starting to like Caitlin, only starting...as long they keep her away from Will.

I think the episode was really good actually, except for the sceenes with Dana and Kalinda, for me that was really unnecessary.

I really liked the A/P scenes, even if I don't ship them, but I thought both J and Chris did a great job.

Diane was incredible as always, the Do you want me to give you some privacy? line was hilarious :D...and I liked how she offered Will a drink after the break-up... I just hope that at some point, she'll find out about Will's true feelings. I'd love to see that.

Despite all the drama, my fav scene was the one with E/W . I'm just soo curious to see where this E/W "friendship" lead us and how the writers are going to handle this story. Will was very smart pointing out to Eli how the investigation also affects him.

In some ways this episode was a let down. Interesting things happened though.

- Grace going to church for a... babtism? Babtism for what? And with that internet guy. Freaky.
- A/W is hopefully over now. We finally got some answers to all the questions we've had.
- I laughed when Diane gave Will the glass, it has become some kind of signature for her. Too bad she now thinks Will left Alicia and not the other way around.
- Alcia might be better off in Canning's firm, but it won't happen.

What I'm disapointed with is just what Gelfling has already said. All the hype on something that wasn't anything special to begin with. The episode was nicely constructed around Grace's disappearance with Alicia being worried as hell before it even happened, but the church thing was so anticlimactic. TGW could have explored new waters this week like in S1's episode doubt where we got see things from a jury's point of view.

Unless Alicia is a good of an actress as Julianna, i don't think her crying was fake. She was clearly starting to second guess her decisions hence the "distraction" talk with Grace. The "incident" with that little twit going to get baptized by wannabe Jesus was just the catalyst to her final decision even though her relation with him wasn't even in play during the fake disappearance .

Talk about throwaway break up and really? Lame ass scene at the end. She just enters, look down and that's it? Those writers have never pissed me off (i think i'm the only one on this board who has said that) but tonight they took the cake. At least give me a break up that's not just put in for the sake of breaking up a couple to cause drama.
