I downloaded Photoscape and Photoshop for free and I am using a trial of Ulead Gif Animator 5 right now. I googled them and I found some download links

Things I do to make gifs under 39 KB:

a) use frames like these (it's better if they are black):

b)Use less "colors". Instead of 200 something bits use 64 bits. You can low the bits with Ulead Gif Animator 5

c)Use less frames. You will see some frames are not necessary, maybe you can delete 2 frames per 4 or something like that, you will see the gif will still look the same and the size will drop

and can you do those things in photoscape as well? or will I need to have ulead gif anumator as well?

I love thoe one you made for me I just find it funny to try and make them myself

By frames I mean two things:

that black thing surrounding the actual gif
and frames are also all the pictures that made up the gif. For example:



The pictures from the left are called frames.

With photoscape you can delete frames and add a frame

Glad to know you liked it I love making gif but makes it harder for me

I could not see the pic you tried to add just there... so frames is all all of the pics the gifs are made off and by deleting some of those it gets smaller?

okay and that will help get it down to 40kb.... the last one I made was over a 1mb so that is a lot smaller I need...
