I think since there's no talk about her having her own spinoff yet - it's most likely because they have plans for her return...that's my thought on the matter. Only because they haven't shown any true reason for her NOT to return. Even if she may not for season 3, I don't doubt she'll return no later than season 4, or even The Defenders Season 2.

I hope so. Also, I'm very cautious about the spinoffs. I like Frank Castle but I hope he's got a good SL for S1 because I don't want Elektra having her own spinoff just cause the fans want it.

After they hurt us with this show, I won't expect a Matt/Elektra reunion in the horizon for DD S3...yet.

It's too soon, and if they did have Elektra make an appearance it would be a small scene and most likely in the final episode.

I love that gifset! Love that scene, as well. It shows a different side to them - they are capable of happiness in this dark, cruel world.

Right? But we surely could have learned our lesson already? Elektra 'died' in DD S2 and now they both 'died' on this show. Can we just have them alive next time, Netflix?
