I saw this I wonder if any of the characters from S1 will be back I really hope we see Chanel and the Chanels again! Maybe they could all somehow end up in this hospital. If it's in the same town Denise could show up as well.

 They're working on casting now, but it looks like some of the main cast is likely to come back. __________________

^We don't know who will be returning and who won't. It's supposed to be like AHS where each season isn't continuous of the previous one.
Based on the articles though it looks like most of the surviving main cast will be back to reprise their roles. __________________

I hope Emma Roberts and Keke Palmer return - they were my favourites. I definitely hope Jamie Lee Curtis reprises because she's amazing. I hope the main, central actors remain because it'll be fun to see them in new roles.
