To back your theory there is also the fact that she kind of hates the sorority now, and we know that the girl near the baththub didn't want to cover up the death, she seemed the less mean of all of them.

I don't know if she hates it. I think she hates what it has 'become'. Which would still work, meaning she liked it in the beginning and then the incident happened and she slowly got more and more upset by it and how the sisters were acting after something like that had happened that was so serious. Just a theory though.

I loved the Tennis scene between her and Munsch. First off Gigi is just standing there like 'what?' and the balls are flying all around her,lol. Then their outfits. Munsch is all in a white tennis outfit but Gigi's is pink and sporty. lol what would one expect?

Same here! And she looked so tormented and sad, she definitely has a more darker side, and I can't wait to see it.

I believe that Gigi (named something else then, because the Greenwell woman said that all the other girls changed their names) was the girl holding the baby in 1995, and who saw the mother die. That maybe she kind of snapped a bit and ran off with the baby and a sort of 'other identity' was born which was the hag in looks anyway, and she took care of the baby in the house, and stole toys for it, and lost it by moaning and caterwauling all the time because of the trauma she had been through.

Could be something like that.

But props to Gigi for being able to hold it together, she seems really nice and laid back (and not suspicious at all), while she's probably also dealing with the trauma over what happened in the past. Especially if she took care of the baby, got attached to her and then lost her.
