No, he's injured. I'm saying he could be injured here in the US and still be a part of the team. He could still go to games and be more of a part of the team instead of this insane distance. For all we know it's out of sight out of mind and soon he'll decide his club is too intense and he'll retire from the USMNT. MLS/USMNT have a direct connection. He would be way more a part of the team injured or not, existing on US soil is my point.

My Cleveland Indians lost to Houston today. I don't expect them to win the series. I am actually looking forward to them being eliminated so I can just focus on watching for the baseball.

If he retires from the National team he'll never play in a World Cup. That would make no sense.

It doesn’t. But at this point it’s incredible he has not been with the team this entire time. He’s not even commenting which is bizarre. He could at least Tweet he’s sorry he can’t be here. Nothing. That to me suggests a disconnect.
