Definitely. So many media members talked about the injustice that took place because Everwood wasn't taken. It was a joke. Michael Ausiello was livid. Michael Ausiello clearly stated more than once Everwood was the best show on TV. So there was a form of justice when Dawn got canned.

So many but the biggest one was 7th Heaven. That one was cancelled and Everwood was taken but at the last second they changed it. Everwood was up on their site! Then took it down without hours. It was the weirdest thing. 7th Heaven aired the series finale too. The actors didn't even want to return! It was ridiculous. Everwood was too high quality, they didn't think the young audience would be able to understand the material, to be frank and they didn't want them to either. They wanted the teen soaps or family soaps that would dumb down the to audience for the most part.

Look at The 100... the quality is high, acting phenomenal, etc. Look at how the CW treats The 100... like it has a disease, stay away, not a ton of episodes, throwing start times around all over the place.
