Angela sleeps a ton too.

When I was a teenager, I would sleep until noon, much to the chagrin of my parents, but now I'm usually up between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, even on the weekends.

Me too! LOL. My spine doesn’t allow me to get much sleep. Damn you, past sports injuries.

Exactly. Me too. I remember in college I’d sleep as much as possible. 8-12 hours of a sleep nightly. Now I’m lucky if I get 8-12 hours over two-three nights!

Man, poor you!

I usually get about 7 hours of sleep a night. I'm usually in bed by 11:00 PM and I wake up between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM.
