She could be. She certainly lacks empathy. I’m not sure precisely what the deal is with her, but something is not quite right. I was way too close to pick up on it at the time. Now when I think about it... it feels concerning and unsettling. I’m so happy to be free from the darkness.

Did Media Blvd have a majority as far as DC ships before it shut down?

I know that initially a lot of people went over to Media Blvd. but eventually a lot of them came back here. By the time the Media Blvd split happened though, (in August of 2003) Dawson's Creek was already off the air. I posted there briefly but they kicked me off the site when I became the Site Administrator here, which was a really nasty and unnecessary move, and it shows what kind of people the former Administrators were. They expected us to fold when they left, but they're the ones who ended up folding and we're still here.

It looks like a hurricane or at least a tropical storm will be headed here this weekend. We'll know more in the next few days.

Yes, indeed. I can’t believe they kicked you off the site. What was their reasoning? That’s ridiculous.

We never have to evacuate, because by the time a hurricane gets here it's not too strong because we're more inland. We'll probably get a lot of rain but we never flood because we're not in a flood zone. We may lose power, but we have a back-up generator that can power our whole house, so we should be okay.

This is great news. Not that dealing with a lot of rain or losing power isn’t an inconvenience. But thankfully you don’t have to evacuate.
