From what I can tell... Ralph was the MVP of tonight's Flash episode. More to come once I watch in full.

Riverdale 3.20: Chapter Fifty-Five: Prom Night

- I think it’s possible we're being set up for a "Betty is losing her mind" plot. We received hints of Jughead worrying about her sanity and him finding her in the closet... although there’s also a theory floating around that Jughead is the one that’s lost his mind and he’s the GK, when Jughead pops up and Betty practically “dies” in his arms I immediately thought of Scream when Skeet’s murderous character shows up in front of Neve’s character. If true, Jug would have to be insane and the LAKE from the beginning of the season would have to be the twist... Back to Betty being the insane one... not seeing the BH/GK/bodies, the whole prom scene seemed like a play or dream put on by Edgar and the Farm to get Betty scared into staying with them. We know Hal wouldn't try to murder Betty without reason anyway. For now, he values her and her darkness.

- Veronica and Archie are somehow going to turn the tables on Hiram, the true owner of Pop's and Le Bonne Nuit. Twist. They don’t even know yet that Hiram is once again trying to take down Archie.

- We also went to the tattoo artist which seemed like it led nowhere, but not so fast... I think it's our first lead on Chic returning at the end of the season. He’s definitely involved as either the GK or BH.

- Of course the thing that pulls Cheryl from the grip of the Farm is not being prom queen! Honestly, its one of the most in character moments this show has ever had!

- It is nice to see Mary again (even though its because Fred is "on a trip") being the one normal and rational parent around who is actually thinking about her kids future in real, practical ways. I really hope they throw money at Molly R to spend more time in Vancouver next season so Mary can continue physically being there for Archie.

- I do think that Hal is alive, but I dont think he was the Black Hood that was menacing Betty. For all his crazy, I dont think he would do anything to hurt her like I mentioned... without a true reason in his psychotic mind.

- They literally had Archie working out to Eye of the Tiger which I thought was cool.

- I figured eventually CMM would have to lose his shirt, lol.

- Talk about startling news... Edgar telling Alice about how members of The Farm consume the bodies of dead elders to "absorb their wisdom." The Farm are cannibals.

- "It should be a relief that your mom's not marrying a second serial killer." Nice, Jug.

- It's absolutely hilarious that Evelyn, now widely known to not be a teen, is still roaming the halls of Riverdale High. (Cheryl's "aren't you like 30?" was golden).

- "What, have you come to steal more babies Elizabeth?" LOL.

- Okay, so if there were six people in the bus and FP found six heads and Hal is alive, who does the other head belong to?

ETA: I forgot to mention how scary the BH looked when he was after Betty. His walk was so freaky. He bounced and walked quickly. It just added to the psychopathic nature of this BH. Great acting and directing.

Ugh. RE: Batman vs Superman and Endgame comparisons...if the Russo brothers watched that movie, it was for things not to do, not for things to rip off. And, looking at the comparison shots is laughable. The shots of the 'big three' aren't composed the same way. Tony's holding up his hand, and Superman's holding a spear. And, the last two...I guess showing a symbol that reminds people of the deceased surrounded by flowers is a rip-off now instead of a common practice. By that logic, BvS ripped it off of whatever previous movie showed a flower filled memorial.

It's amazing that anyone is trying to defend that garbage movie anyway. Most DC fans hated it just as much as I do.

Me too. I'm glad I'm caught up. I'll either watch the all new tonight live or shortly after the episode airs since sports still has to be part of the equation, lol.

Interesting about the Batman vs Superman and Endgame comparisons.

Awesome Cover. Love it.

Thanks for the teaser. The visuals look awesome.

I am not sure if I'll watch... I probably will though.

Will you watch?

I liked Nora more in this episode than in the rest of the season combined.
